Returns

If you require a return, we will forward a returns sheet to you via email, please print and fill out the returns sheet and send with the returned items or item to:

When we have received your order back we will email you. We will endevour to send you the correct size or refund within one week of receiving your order back but will notify you with tracking details once we have posted your new item or submitted the refund.

If You change your mind, or make a wrong decision, we will happily assist you with an exchange or refund, provided the Products:

are in their original condition with all tags, labels & hygienic protector still intact, have not been worn, damaged or washed. We only accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. Product will be exchanged for other items you choose or refunded to the original card or other payment method of purchase.  After 30 days we will not refund or exchange.

Return shipping to SunHaze must be posted with a tracking number in a safe and secure satchel, this tracking number must be provided to SunHaze via email contact. SunHaze takes no responsibility for missing returned items. You are responsible for the returned items until we have them in hand. SunHaze will take no responsibility for any items that are returned damaged.

You are responsible for any costs of returning your returned items to SunHaze.

The original shipping charges are not refundable, however if you are exchanging for an alternative item, you will not be charged postage for the first exchange. All subsequent exchanges will be charged postage at our normal rate.

We ensure that SunHaze swimwear is the best quality if any of our products are faulty we will exchange or refund for the faulty product as well as the reimbursement of shipping costs. We will need to be provided with proof of the faulty product by returning the item to our place of business within 10 days. We will only reimburse when we can confirm the product is faulty. Once proven we will replace or refund.
